The City of Waynesboro owns two business and industrial parks.
At Exit 94 off I - 64, near the Target Shopping Center, this 50 acre park has 18 acres of interstate visibility remaining. Current tenants are PGI, Cintas, DuPont Credit Union (back office), and nTelos Corporate Headquarters. In addition to the city owned land, there are 10 acres available adjoining, and 80 acres adjunct for sale by private parties.
At Exit 96 off I- 64, this 170 acre park offers a variety of options for business and industry. Bisected by the Norfolk and Southern main line, the park is divided into two sections, 60 acres on the west, and 110 on the east of the tracks.
The west side if ideal for the large user needing rail access and the east side is configured for small business, light industry, and commercial.
